    With less than a month to go until the start of the Youth Olympic Games Dakar 2026, thousands of people have taken to the streets in Senegal to share in the excitement of the first ever Olympic sporting event in Africa. Under the tagline "Pass the Energy", the Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic flame is travelling across all 14 of Senegal's regions ahead of the Opening Ceremony on 31 October. The Flame Tour is an event that brings young people together to discover, share and learn about the values of Olympism.
