Finland’s Nelli-Lotta Karppelin struck gold for the second time in 24 hours at the Winter Youth Olympic Games Gangwon 2024, while German Jakob Elias Moch won the men’s 7.5km classic. Karppelin won the women’s 7.5km by over 10 seconds from French skier Agatha Margreither. Bronze also went to France through Annette Coupat, leaving the gold medallist in the sprint free, Elsa Taenglander (SWE), out of the medals this time.
