The IOC offers the following Video News Release to all news agencies, broadcasters and online news platforms free of charge. Russia enjoyed more success in the Lausanne Skating Arena with Irina Khavronina and Dario Cirisano in Ice Dancing at the Winter Youth Olympic Games (YOG) Lausanne 2020. Khavronina, who is 16, and 19-year old Cirisano danced to La Strada Suite by Marzio Conti for their final Free Dance routine. They ended on a choreographic character Step Sequence and a choreographic dance lift. The judges awarded them a total score of 164.63, winners in both the Rhythm Dance and Free Dance programmes. It meant they finished comfortably ahead on the scorecards of their compatriots Sofya Tyutyunina and Alexander Shustitskiy, who settled for silver. The bronze medal was won by Katarina Wolfkostin and Jeffrey Chen of the United States.
