      Flora Tabanelli of Italy has won the first Freeski Slopestyle event of Gangwon 2024 and it was gold for Sweden in Mixed Team Ski Cross on an exciting day of Freestyle skiing action at the Winter Youth Olympic Games (YOG) Gangwon 2024. 16-year-old Tabanelli’s gold run was her third and final run - her score of 90.50 was easily the best of the day. Linshan Han from China won silver with 81.50 and bronze went to Muriel Mohr from Germany whose best score of 78.75 came on her first run.The Men’s Freeski Slopestyle takes place on Thursday. Meanwhile a dramatic Mixed Team Ski Cross was won by the Swedish duo of Alexandra Nilsson and William Young Shin. Team Germany were leading at halfway point through Romy Bovelet but men’s individual gold medallist NIklas Hoeller failed to finish.
