As Mental Health Month gets underway, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) is introducing a new initiative – a team of Mental Health Ambassadors. A globally representative group of Olympians will champion mental health conversations and share personal journeys and experiences.
British pole vaulter Holly Bradshaw is one of the new Mental Health Ambassadors and has given an insight into her new role, the athlete wellbeing initiatives that helped athletes throughout Paris 2024 and her personal experiences with mental health.
