A beautiful event at an historic venue is promised when the Closing Ceremony of the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 takes place this Sunday February 22, with Olympic athletes at the centre of the show. The Arena di Verona will become the Verona Olympic Arena for the Ceremony. A UNESCO World Heritage site, the iconic amphitheatre was built by the Romans in the 1st century AD and has hosted a wide array of performances, from opera to sports events.
